This small production Similkameen Valley winery is owned by Tim and Caroline Cottrill, who make wine using organic estate fruit.
I'm a fan of vibrant reds like this Gamay; this one suggests cherries and pomegranate, smoked spices, white pepper, grilled sausages, cedar and tobacco on the nose. It has lovely levity and oodles of character. Tangy red fruits, dark cocoa and spice dominate the palate.
