Made from Cantina Tollo estate Montepulciano grapes, this limited edition red takes a deep dive with explosive aromas of plump black raspberry and kirsch, vanilla, chocolate, licorice and a hint of rosemary. It boasts a supple palate with plenty of spice, vanilla, and pipe tobacco flavours. Overall, wonderful balance, approachability and structure with chalky tannins and a cocoa finish.
Pair: Tomato-based pastas, firm Italian cheeses, BBQ.
