The Les Epinats doles out pristine aromas of sweet summer berries and freshly picked red grapes, before rolling into savoury notes of leather, cocoa, spice and bacon fat. It has an umami character on the palate, which mimics the nose. It is medium-bodied with high-toned and juicy fruit flavours, which trail into fine spice on the finish.
