Fresh, distinct, earthy.
This small production Similkameen Valley winery is owned by Tim and Caroline Cottrill, who make wine using organic estate fruit.
The 2018 Pinot shows fragrant purple berries and violets, cola spices and bacon fat, hay, saddle leather, vanilla and marmite. Red berry tea, fine spice and cedar flavors line the palate. Distinctly savoury it has a firm finish.
