Classic, consistent, juicy.
A classic Mosel Riesling, the Fish label (named from the fish that adorns the label, created by local Johanna Waldof, a friend of owner/winemaker Johannes Selbach's, whom he visits when coming to Vancouver) is a consistent white, which delivers sweet peachy aromas woven with chamomile tea, lemon drops, green apples and white flowers.
The palate echoes the nose, it's off-dry with sweet fruit and a juicy character. Refreshing.
Pair: white meats, fresh veggie curries, Asian noodle dishes, hand-chipped fries dipped in chili aioli.
