Pretty, generous, complete.
This consistently impressive Malbec is grown and made by the fourth generation of Luis Segundo Correas, on the Don Angelino estate in Medrano, Mendoza. This consistently superb wine was matured 10 months in French oak then transferred to bottle to continue ageing six months.
Black raspberry and kirsch aromas are layered with licorice root, candied violets and baking spices. It's plush and laden with generous fruit alongside brown spice, cedar and pipe tobacco flavours. Beautifully woven and balanced with sweet polished tannins.
