Singular, concentrated, rich.
Made entirely from the Kabar variety, this singular white doles out mineral, lemon, grapefruit zest and banana peel, yellow apples and leesy undertones. The palate is rich honey and culminates in apple skin and marzipan flavours. It's a concentrated and earthy wine with weight and freshness.
