Harper's Trail pioneered the Kamloops wine region with their Thadd Springs Vineyard along the South Thompson River and is owned by Ed and Vicki Collett.
The always solid value aromatic Field Blend White is a blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer. Notes of Granny Smith and Jonagold apples, quince, wild honey, lemongrass and lime lead to a palate that is zesty and lively. Flavoured with green apples, crunchy stone fruits and hints of spice and wild grasses.
Pair with fresh salads, grilled shellfish or mildly spicy dishes.
