Pretty, smooth, fresh.
Harvested from Dona Paula's estate in Gualtallary (at 1,350 meters/4,430 ft above sea level) the Uco Valley's Tupungato, it's a terroir with cool climate and mineral, rocky soils.
Pretty notes of black cherry and vanilla, cola spices, earth and wild herbs roll onto the palate with lovely fruit expression. It's medium+ bodied and smooth with a long finish trailing tobacco, spice and coffee.
Nicely balanced and fresh.
A perfect weekday red with structure to hold up to hard cheeses, roasted mushrooms or grilled meats.
