Ripe, slick, fleshy.
From Thompson Valley's wine pioneer, Harper's Trail, this dry and Alsatian-leaning white leads with aromas of Bosc pear, lime and honeysuckle atop earthy undertones of forest floor and wild mushrooms. It has a lovely weight, it quite ripe and shows good intensity overall. Slick and fleshy with a zesty finish.
Pair: salmon, grilled shrimp, white meats and vegetarian dishes
