This 100% Estate Grown and organic red blend delivers notes of sweet cherries, smoked plums, vanilla, licorice and baking spices. It is clean and fresh with a smooth entry which grows more chewy on the mid-palate. Very good structure and balance; a pleasing wine.

Fresh, citrusy, zesty.
This small production Similkameen Valley winery is owned by Tim and Caroline Cottrill, who make wine using organic estate fruit.
I've not had their Chardonnay for several vintages. so I can't compare it to previous ones but the 2021 is fresh. Notes of lemon, crunchy tree fruits and melon are underscored by wild flowers, straw and vague hints of nuts and spice. It has a boozy vanilla and herbal flavoured palate with a bracing zesty finish.

Made from 100% estate grown organic Chardonnay, this golden-hued Chardy delivers golden pineapples, vanilla caramel, honeydew melon and tangerine slices. The palate is an echo of the nose; carmel apples, lemon curds and vanilla lounge on a weighty palate that is balanced with freshness.

Tangy, charming, juicy.
This small production Similkameen Valley winery is owned by Tim and Caroline Cottrill, who make wine using organic estate fruit.
I'm a fan of vibrant reds like this Gamay; this charmer suggests purple berries and red licorice, candied violets and vanilla, cocoa, cardamom and fennel straight from the garden. It's a medium-bodied red that is fresh; tangy red fruit lines the palate. It has an almost spritzy character that dances on the tongue, and a bright juicy finish.
They recommend pairing this bouncy red with sausages, black bean veggie burgers or charcuterie.

Tangy, gregarious, charming.

I'm a huge fan of vibrant reds like this Gamay. This one delivers sweet raspberry, vanilla, cocoa, red cherry, violets and sweet spice notes to your nose. It is gregarious and charming, juicy and silky. Boucy fruit, good substance and a refreshing and persistent finish.
