The Palate is grounded in earth; silky red fruit, tealeaf , leather and spice flavours lead to a smooth finish. It's not bitter but engaging and dynamic.

Tangy, restrained, juicy. Classic restraint and tangy red fruit with savoury herbs, beet greens, leather, tealeaf and forest floor aromas. It is juicy yet light-bodied, tart and lean; a perfect food wine for soft cheeses, mild charcuterie, creamy mushroom risotto.
