Silky, classic, beautiful.
Located in Chile's far northern semi-arid winegrowing region known as Elqui Valley, Falernia makes a wide selection of fresh and succulent red and white wines.
This single vineyard, Aaron (named after the winemaker's son) is located 18km from the Pacific Ocean and planted on rocky soils.
Notes of beet greens and charred herbs are layered with sour cherry and rhubarb, forest floor, leather and toasted spices. The palate is the clincher; silky and elegant it delivers sweet red fruit that caresses the tongue. Beautifully woven and balanced, it's a pretty and persistent Pinot.

Expect classic notes of cherry and cedar, leather, forest floor, fine spices and smoked bacon. It has notable freshness, a supple weight and silky texture. Good bones here, with savoury, meaty flavours and a cocoa finish.

Classic, silky, earthy.
Falernia is a winery established in 1998 in the northernmost winemaking region of Chile, in the semi-arid Elqui Valley. Herbal notes are layered with spice and forest floor, wild red berries, bacon fat, carrot tops, cedar and leather. A classic style it is juicy with tangy red berries, cocoa, earth and bacon fat and peppery spices with savoury undertones. Great presence and balance.

Fragrant, silky, fresh.
Falernia is the northernmost winery in Chile. The cool and semi-arid, Elqui Valley boasts dramatic temperature swings from day to night.
This Pinot Noir is a fragrant potpourri of dried rose petals red berries and juicy cherries, star anise and grounding undertones of leather, bacon fat, peppery spices and cedar chips. Expressive fruit dominates the palate and is layered with beet greens, cocoa and spice. It is silky and attractively woven with a fresh vibrant finish.
Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
