L'Acadie Vineyards was established by BC winemaker, Bruce Ewert in 2004 who saw potential in the region's ocean influenced cool-climate and ancient sea-bed soil terroir. It has become a respected producer of small lot organic sparkling wines like this traditional method L'Acadie Blanc.
Glinting golden with persistent bubbles, it offers aromas of peach jam and apple sauce, marmalade and brioche with autolytic undertones. Creamy, woven and harmonious, it shows soft yellow fruit, grilled lemon and nutty flavours.
Good length, it's showing its age with slightly oxidative notes, but it's still fresh and weighty.
Pair:shellfish, roast turkey or chicken, soft cheeses and creamy sauces or soups.

It has become a respected producer of small lot organic sparkling wines like this traditional method blend of Marechal Foch, L'Acadie Blanc and Chardonnay.
Salmon pink with tiny persistent chains of bubbles, it delivers vibrant aromas of strawberry-rhubarb compotes, small forest berries, tealeaf, orange segments, vanilla, honeysuckle and forest floor. Bubbly and vibrant, the palate mimics the nose with tangy tangerine and vanilla cream, strawberry and rhubarb flavours. Charming and fresh with a kiss of sweetness.
Pair:oily seafood, roast turkey or chicken, complex or spicy Asian dishes, soft cheeses, creamy sauces.

Salmon pink with tiny persistent chains of bubbles, it delivers vibrant aromas of tangy red berries, peach stone and red apple peel, orange blossoms and honey with yeasty undertones. It's juicy and dry overall; fleshy red fruit and creamy apple flavours and just a kiss of sweetness (7gr/L dosage), which makes the fruit pop. Complex and pristine, elegant and persistent.
Pair:oily seafood, roast turkey or chicken, complex or spicy Asian dishes, soft cheeses, creamy sauces.

Glinting golden it has persistent strings of beads and aromas of yellow apples, candied melon, toasted pastry and spiced honey. Creamy amd complex with generosity balanced with precision; citrus and nutty flavours are woven with taut yellow fruit flavours. It is lengthy and rich.
Pair:shellfish, roast turkey or chicken, soft cheeses and creamy sauces or soups.
