New, complex, tangy.
Made in West Kelowna with Pinot Noir from the Tucker Vineyard, this traditional method sparkling was fermented in stainless and then aged in stainless and oak for 7 months before bottling and being put through a secondary fermentation in each bottle. Tener Hope also makes wines (Roussanne and a Syrah) with grapes sourced from vineyards in the Columbia Valley, in Washington State.
Golden in colour it offers crackling aromas of cranberry tea and peach stone, yellow apples and warm honey with buttery hazelnut croissant. It is juicy, has lovely complexity and is both tangy and creamy. It is dry and lengthy with persistent bubbles.
