Excellent value in a serious California Cabernet.
Expect aromas of black currents, roasted mocha, toasted spice, pipe tobacco, molasses, leather and cocoa. The palate is supple with generous dark fruit layered with vanilla, cocoa, spice and sweet tobacco. Classic styling, fantastic balance and freshness.
Pair with grilled meats, lamb or earthy dishes with lentils or potatoes with wild mushrooms.

Classic, serious, character.
A Sonoma Cabernet showing classic character.
Notes of black currents are melded with pencil shavings, tobacco, cocoa, and roasted herbs. It is earthy on the palate, great balance with flavours of licorice, wild berries and currents with tealeaf.
Pair: grilled meats, lamb or earthy dishes with lentils or potatoes with wild mushrooms.

Silky, sweet, tasty.
It's pretty hard to find a Pinot Noir under $16. The Mirassou is certainly more New World than classic in style style, but who cares when it is so tasty and affordable.
Aromas are strawberry compote, sweet cherries, star anise, espresso and cola spices with an earthy core. The palate is sweet and silky; the flavours echo its nose and it slides into an attractive finish of spice, vanilla, white pepper and cedar.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.
