A notably fetching new label adorns the Circus, and it delivers aromas dominated by spice and blackberry, which are woven with plummy notes, soy sauce, dried herbs, dark chocolate, blueberries and tobacco. It is equally salty and spicy in the mouth; dark mocha, leather and muddled tangy wild berries come together to create a savoury/umami wine, an everyday dinner red, perfect for hearty stews, roasted meats and hard cheeses.

Fresh, value, spicy.
This Circus wines has always shown great value, and this new organic Malbec delivers spicy red berries, dusty leather, tobacco, blackberry, bay leaf, espresso and baking spice aromas. Nice brightness overall, it is spicy and on the leaner medium-bodied side. Pair: hearty stews, roasted mushrooms and hard cheeses.

Classic, value, savoury.
The circus wines are all value-priced and this ruby-hued Pinot is no exception. Szechuan peppercorns and toasted spices, red cherries and forest mushrooms with hints of fleur de sel roll into a classic food-friendly wine. Flavours of tart red fruits, beet greens, rhubarb and tealeaf culminate in a savoury spiced finish. Pair: Grilled mushrooms or mushroom risotto, fatty white meats, salmon, roasted beets.

NEW, value, savoury.
The circus wines are all priced with value in mind. This new Pinot Noir might not have your typical character with notes of toasted oak, vanilla, black raspberry and black cherry, carob and smoked meat. The palate offers sweet and ripe berry flavours with molasses, spice and toasted oak. It is equally meaty and savoury in the mouth with good acidity to add some lift.

Savoury, value, ripe.
Across the board, Circus wines offer great value and this rusty salmon pink (great new packaging BTW) is no exception.
Made I suspect from Malbec, it shows wildberries and savoury spices, dried herbs and cedar on the nose. It's ripe and slightly off-dry, there are muddled bruised peach, apple peel, wild berries and tangy citrus flavours followed by an earthy finish.
