Racy, pristine, lovely.
A level up from previous vintages, this precise Pinot Blanc was born on the Golden Mile Bench sub-GI from old vines (1968) block 4, and block 9 (1997/98).
It abounds with peaches and orange blossoms, honey and a spritz of pink grapefruit. It also has a lively and pristine palate with lovely concentration and bracing green apple and citrusy flavours.
Excellent value.
Pair: Seafood/shellfish, white meats or light starters and appetizers.
