Rustic, approachable, smooth.
Masi uses traditional Venetian varieties in this everyday value red.
It's a wine, which drinks nicely alone but will pair well with Italian cheeses, hearty soups, pasta, pizza or risotto.
Aromas of cherry, strawberry and cedar roll into prune plum, leather, earth and sweet spices. Dusty cocoa, spice, pipe tobacco and sweet berry flavours linger on a smooth palate.
Medium-bodied and straightforward.
