Made from Prosecco's classic Glera grape, this popular bubbly is consistent and offers pretty aromas of apple peel, apricot, white peach, acacia blossoms, almond oil and lemon meringue. Persistent and fizzy it has nice creaminess and with plenty of crunchy orchard fruit and citrus flavours.

Pair with fish and chips, egg-bases brunches, antipasti or mildly spicy dishes.
