Mission Hill's new Exhilarat!on Series includes this sparkling rose made from Pinot Noir harvested from the Black Sage and Golden Mile Benches in Oliver. It is a charmat method and is a dusty pink shade. Orange blossoms and grapefruit, tangy red berries and red cherry with hints of peach stone, cedar and honey. It has a lively character with sweet red berry and peach flavours to echo the nose. A dry Prosecco-style pink with a frothy bubble and lovely freshness. Charming.
