Purity, lively, toasted.
A member of Mission Hill's Terroir Collection, which hails from the 365+ meter high estate Jagged Rock vineyard in Oliver, this Chardonnay was aged in French oak barrels of different sizes.
It doles out grilled peaches and vanilla, charred lemon peel. toasted spice and honey, apple turnovers, melon rind and coriander. Like the nose, it is golden and lemony. Purity and freshness with balanced oak and a drawn out caramel finish.
