Tilimuqui (tili-moo-key) is a small isolated village where many families and workers of La Riojana co-operative live. The community benefits from fair trade projects, which help improve living conditions and change lives for the better.
This is an organic Malbec made from 30 year old vines, which offers sweet aromas of vanilla, licorice, violets and wild red berries along with baking spices. It has energy and freshness, the palate is straightforward with savoury herbs and bittersweet cocoa, leather and tobacco flavours.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Parmesan & Rosemary
