Charming, lively, fresh.
Made from grapes (70% Chardy) grown in Durbanville and Stellenbosch, this rose has a pale apricot shade and delivers wild red berries, orange blossom, fine spices, wild herbs, peach stone and honey aromas. It's a drier style of blush with muddled berries and citrus flavours. The texture is slick, it has some backbone from the Pinot and is fresh and approachable.
Pair: Fish, spicy cuisines, white meats, summer salads and soft cheeses.
