Elegant, chic, complex.
This 100% Chardonnay traditional method sparkling was aged 24 months on lees. It comes from various communes in the Val d'Adige, the Val di Cembra and the Valle dei Laghi; vineyards with south-eastern and south-western exposures on the slopes of the mountains of Trentino.
It's a fantastic and elegant fizz with a fine bead and notes of toasted nuts and yellow apples, lemon pastry and wildflowers. The palate echoes the nose; it has complexity and balance. On-point, dry and chic.
