Tinhorn Creek Pinot Noir, Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:
A classic style of Pinot Noir with the stamp of BC. Expect aromas of red currents, cherries and Satsuma plums, cigar and white pepper, leather, forests floor a hint of smoked bacon. It has plenty of sweet berry flavours with a peppery blend of baking spice. It's charming and silky with great acidity and an burst of fruit on the finish layered with spice and tobacco. Very good and a good partner for grilled foods: salmon, portobello mushroom burgers, beets, turkey or sausage. ©copyright 2013 Daenna Van Mulligen
