Seven Terraces Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough New Zealand
Readers rated this wine:
Piquant, expressive, refreshing.
Seven Terraces wines are made by Rossendale, which is located in Christchurch on the eastern coast of the South Island of New Zealand. However the grapes for this wine come from the heart of Marlborough on the South Island's northeastern tip. It is an expressive wine; guava and gooseberries, passionfruit and elderflower, crunchy green apples, nettle and snap peas are lifted on the nose. It is both racy and creamy; verdant flavours collide with tart citrus and crunchy fruit. It is piquant and just what you're looking for in a classic and refreshing Kiwi savvy. ©copyright 2017 Daenna Van Mulligen
