Concentrated, lengthy, fleshy.
This consistently impressive Chenin Blanc, made from high altitude, gnarled bush vines, was aged in oak barrels.
A brilliant yellow wine, potent with roasted hazelnuts and grilled lemons, yellow apples and quince, star fruit and honey with buttered toast. The palate is creamy and rich with impressive concentration; expect fleshy fruit and a supple weight. Spicy and zesty, long and lengthy.
Pair: roast chicken or turkey, smoked cheeses and creamy pastas.
