This organic and vegan Roussanne was harvested from the estate's Coyote Block (planted in 2009) and was naturally barrel fermented and aged 9 months.
Notes of beeswax and lemon oil are woven with wild mushrooms and coconut husk, straw and forest floor. It has an oily texture and the flavours are an echo of the nose. Slick and spicy and singular.
