Spritzy, floral, fruity.
Made from Prosecco's classic Glera grape, this fresh bubbly is consistent and has pretty aromas of golden apples, apricot, white peach, acacia blossoms, almond oil and lemon meringue. Persistent medium-sized bubbles add creaminess; it is drier in style (than other versions), and lemony, with plenty of crunchy orchard fruit flavours.
A lovely spritz of fizz.
Pair with fish and chips, egg-bases brunches, antipasti or mildly spicy dishes.
