Masi uses traditional Venetian varieties in this everyday value red.
It's a wine, which drinks nicely alone but will pair well with numerous dishes, such as Italian cheeses, hearty soups, pasta, pizza or risotto.
Expect aromas of cherries and vanilla, baking spice and licorice with crushed purple flowers and and chocolaty notes. It is fresh and medium-bodied with more savoury flavours of smoke, meat, cedar, leather and fine spice.
A straightforward wine, priced for a party.
