Charming, lively, fresh.
Made from grapes (70% Chardy) grown in Durbanville and Stellenbosch, this rose (well it is a rose, even if it's not labelled as such) has a pale apricot shade and delivers boysenberry, redwood, charred orange peels, smoked spices and tealeaf aromas. It is fresh, has the structure to stand up to oily fish and white meats, and offers tangy fruit, citrus and cedary flavours.
Pair: Fish, spicy cuisines, white meats, summer salads and soft cheeses.
