Opulent, juicy, concentrated.
Rich aromas of peach skin and mango, ginger alongside other exotic spices, lime, honey and earthier forest floor/mushroomy undertones. The palate is equally plush with creamy honey tropical fruits and juicy citrus generously spiced. Excellent concentration and length.
Pair: halibut, roast chicken, Moroccan dishes or a thin-crust caramelized onion and soft blue cheese pizza.
