Golden, nutty, creamy.
Golden in colour and boasting aromas of browned butter, salted roasted nuts, golden apples and spice. It has similar, salty, nutty flavours in the mouth and a buttery, spiced finish. Good balance here, creamy yet fresh with a mouthwatering finish.
Pair: Leftover turkey-salad sandwiches, smoked gouda grilled cheese, Lobster in butter, pastas with creamy sauces, halibut, and corn chowder
