Meyer Family Vineyards Chardonnay, Okanagan Valley, BC
Readers rated this wine:
Expressive, woven, fresh.
Harvested from a selection of vineyards from Naramata, Okanagan Falls and Osoyoos this Chardonnay was cool fermented in neutral oak and stainless steel then left to age on fine lees for four months where it went through a natural secondary fermentation before bottling.
Brilliant yellow and releasing aromas of golden apples, brown spices, honey roasted nuts and white flowers, which translate to a creamy yet fresh palate with lovely weight and balance. It has superb fruit expression that is wonderfully woven with nuts and spice.

Meyer Family Vineyards Gewurztraminer, Okanagan Falls, BC
Readers rated this wine:

Value, fragrant, fresh.
While Meyer Family is known for Pinot and Chardonnay, this fresh Gew is a lovely summer quaffer. Made from vines planted more than 25 years ago, it delivers Grapefruit and lychee, rose oil and orange blossoms, lime and exotic spice aromas lead to a dry palate. More fresh than opulent it has purity and liveliness and trails flavours of exotic flowers and spice, and citrus peel.

Meyer Family Vineyards Method Traditionnelle Blanc de Blanc, Okanagan Valley
Readers rated this wine:
Fine, persistent, racy.
A 100% Chardonnay (Blanc de Blanc) comes from the Meyer Family Vineyard's McLean Creek Road Vineyard in Okanagan Falls. The vines are rooted in alluvial soils with glacial deposits (a mix of gravel and sandy loam) with a mostly southern aspect on asteep slope. The 2014 vintage base wine was fermented in stainless steel and aged for 2 years. The base wine went through a full natural malo-lactic fermentation and was then bottled under crown cap where it carried out its secondary fermentation in the summer of 2016. The bottles were then aged on lees for 28 months and were disgorged early spring 2019 with zero dosage. The bubbly is unfined and unfiltered.
A golden-yellow hue with a super fine bead, this blanc de blanc leads with modelling clay, oyster shell and bread dough aromas that glide into peach stone, Jonagold applesauce, star fruit, fennel fronds and acacia. Bone dry with racy acidity it is both creamy and austere; a very persistent finish trails more mineral and citrus flavours.

Meyer Family Vineyards Method Traditionnelle Extra Brut, Okanagan Valley
Readers rated this wine:
Fine, lively, focused.
Made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir from Meyer's McLean Creek Vineyard in Okanagan Falls (which is also the Okanagan Valley’s newest sub-appellation, or sub-GI) this restrained bubbly delivers straw flowers, toasted nuts, young quince and yellow apple aromas. It has a precise and edgy palate with creamy weight and a frothy mousse. Overall, expect good concentration and a savoury and mouthwatering finish.

Meyer Family Vineyards Pinot Noir, McLean Creek Road Vineyard, Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:

Classic, elegant, silky.
Another outstanding Pinot from MFVs, this one is made from grapes grown on the estate’s home McLean Creek Road vineyard in Okanagan Falls, which was originally planted in 1994. The site is comprised of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and some Gewurztraminer, grown on sandy/gravel loams.
It was aged for 11 months in French oak barrels (25% new); natural malolactic fermentation occurred in late spring. In keeping with the estate's hands-off approach in the cellar to allow the true expression of terroir to shine through, the wine is unfined and unfiltered.
Earthy notes of beet greens, leather, forest floor and rhubarb are woven with red cherry, cranberry, star anise. vanilla and fine brown spices. It's a silky wine with classic pinosity, high-toned expressive red fruit and spice flavours. It is elegant yet juicy, supple and persistent. An absolutely charming Pinot.
