Focus, racy, fresh.
Blue Mountain has long been known for their estate grown, traditional method sparkling wines and the value in each bottle. This one is a 2014 vintage, it was disgorged March 2017 and is made as it typically is, with a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and a splash of Pinot Gris.
It is a fresh dose of apple skin and orange zest, red forest berries and racy lemon aromas atop leesy notes, mineral layers and just a whiff of honeysuckle. It has a lively mousse, lovely weight and appreciable focus. Tangy, mouthwatering, and persistent.

Elegant, delicious, pristine.
This vintage of Blue Mountain's Chardonnay offers crunchy pear aromas woven with grilled lemons, toasted nuts and spices and creamy butter. Elegant with a pristine character and deftly handled oak, it is a delicious and complete style.

Stylish, expressive, fresh.
This vintage of Blue Mountain's estate Chardonnay offers toasted baguettes and sliced lemons, golden apples and brioche, fine spice and roasted hazelnuts. Fresh and juicy yet entirely serious it is a stylish wine with good fruit expression and a spiced, nutty finish with deft oak notes.

Elegant, vibrant, silky.
This vintage of Blue Mountain's Chardy offers browned butter, toasted spices, lemon meringue and golden fruits with nutty praline undertones. The palate has the classic Chablis grille character and is silky and wonderfully woven. Vibrant yet elegant, complex and complete.

Clasic, cohesive, lemony.
The 2020 vintage of Blue Mountain's estate cuvee Chardonnay suggests bread dough and roasted hazelnuts, grilled lemon peel and toasted spices, yellow apples, IPA, mountain stream and wildflowers. The palate echoes the nose with plenty of lemony flavours woven with spice and nuts. It has a very classic Chablis character and long browned butter finish. Serious and supple.
