Focus Riesling 'Intrigue Wines', Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:
Pretty, expressive, mouthwatering.
Riesling has always been a passion for Intrigue Wines' winemaker Roger Wong and it shows.
The Focus doles out juicy notes of honeysuckle and candied lime, dried peaches and wet stone. The palate is just as pretty as the nose, it's off-dry and pristine with expressive citrus peel and crunchy crab apple flavours. A mouthwatering wine with nice precision and weight.

Focus Riesling 'Intrigue Wines', Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:
Vibrant, expressive, mouthwatering.
Riesling is a passion for winemaker Roger Wong and it shows.
The Focus shows wonderful vibrancy; aromas of crunchy orchard fruits, peach stone, grapefruit and honeysuckle roll toward a core of mineral notes. It is tangy with pure fruit expression and impressive tension to balance a lick of sweetness. Citrus plays a significant roll in the mouth and the finish is long and mouthwatering.

Focus Riesling 'Intrigue Wines', Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:

Riesling is a love of winemaker Roger Wong's and it is a variety he feels is extremely well suited to the Okanagan Valley.
It's a consistenly delicious style with lime and stonefruit, exotic flowers, chamomile tea and mineral with a layer of beeswax on the nose. The palate is crisp and tangy with fierce acidity and a slick texture. There is a bit more restraint than last vintage but its racy style will have your mouth watering for more.
A wine for pork or turkey, coconut curry, lemon aioli or sushi.

Intrigue Gewurztraminer, Okanagan Valley BC
Readers rated this wine:
Singular, fragrant, crunchy.

The Intrigue Gewurztraminer is singular, and typically leans more toward fresh and light than intense and perfumed. This vintage is bursting with lime and grapefruit and is lifted with fragrant spring flowers. The mouth is more extroverted; racy and dry with precise crunchy fruit and citrus flavours.
Very pleasing as an aperitif wine but it will also work well with holiday dinners (ham and white meats) or appetizers.
