A straightforward Pinot Noir, which doles out raspberry, sweet Maraschino cherry vanilla and baking spices. It is smooth on the palate with cedar, tealeaf and fine spice flavours supported by powdery tannins.

This fresh white is made from the Loureiro variety, which is classic to the Vinho Verde region of Portugal.
It boasts golden glints and has a nose of honey/beeswax, lemon oil, yellow apples and crisp melon with undertones of mineral, lanolin and vague hints wildflowers. The palate is tangy and loaded with citrus and mineral with glimpses of white fruits. A clean, crisp and charming white for fish, soft-medium cheeses and citrus and herb dressings.

Charming, tangy, crisp.
For the second year running this wine has fallen into my TOP 100.

It is a fresh white made from the Loureiro variety, which is classic to the Vinho Verde region of Portugal.
It offers a nose of honey/beeswax, white melon, lemon oil, golden apples undertones of mineral, lanolin and vague hints wildflowers. The palate is tangy and loaded with citrus and mineral with glimpses of white fruits. A clean, crisp wine, both straightfoward and focused.
Pair: fish, soft-medium cheeses and citrus and herb dressings.

Expressive,generous, delicious.
Right bank, left bank. This Cotes~du~Rhone red blends Cinsault, Mourvedre, Syrah and Grenache to come up with this tasty number. Produced by Vignerons d'Estezargues, which claims to be a group of ten vignerons sharing a winery in the Rhone - a co-operative.
It's wonderfully consistent; rich plummy aromas co-mingle with cherry twizzlers, baking spices, vanilla and mocha. The palate is fruit-forward and generous. It offers candied violets, expressive cherry notes, sarsaparilla and espresso.

Complex, sophisticated, creamy. Zinck takes his traditional method bubbles very seriously.
On this classic brut, the nose is rich with grilled lemon and yellow apple notes. A sparkling with complexity to rival Champagne; it is sophisticated and creamy, but has balanced acidity to cleanse the palate.
Made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.
